Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Slime

So, hear me out cause this is actually not adding a new block to the game. Infact it's taking an existing item and adding functionality. Let's talk about Slime. Slimeballs crafted to make a slime block sticks to blocks, slimeballs and pistons allow the creation of sticky pistons. But what if there was another sticky use for those little green balls. I think it would make the most sense to be able to place slime (left clicking the slimeball) onto blocks to stick blocks together. It's not glue, its slime. And as we all know, in the world of minecraft, slime is the glue that holds us together. And I think it makes sense that this slime wouldnt be able to be placed on anything honey related, since honey and slime dont really like sticking together. Also the slime should work like glass. Unless its picked up but silk touch its destroyed. Please guys so many people would benefit from this addition.

    I wanted to add this comment. I saw a mod add glue but I think they made it unnecessarily into a new item. My suggestion is taking an existing item (the slimeball) which already makes too things that stick to blocks or sticks blocks together (StickyPiston, SlimeBlock). And giving it a related function to the other slime stickiness.

    Honeslty I'm pretty sure it's worth putting in. I know the people who are big on redstone contraptions will benefit from being able to connect multiple blocks, and itll definitely bring cooler builds to the community section on the minecraft website. Imagine having an entire house rising outta the ground at the push of a button, all seamless thanks to Slime, a sticky glue like substance. Even better is that it could even go back underground, hidden base, safe from mods and players. I know people would love this.

    This would also be great in just normal builds. Like in the new update moss with sand on top make an absolute great wall texture but when I get to the doorway, the sand will fall and signs and anything else are visible and honestly take away from the entrance. But if I could place a slime ball under the block above or actually use a sticky block to make it stay the room would look absolutely fabulous!
