Many other players have provided feedback on this subject and some have even reported the issue as a bug. Granted, it's a very frustrating issue for Bedrock players, and probably a big headache and nightmare for the game devs. But...
All we want to know is, will we someday have an easily accessible "Import" feature via the Structure Block in the Bedrock Edition? That is to say, will the existing "Export" function that now gives us a saved .mcstructure file someday have a new "Import" partner function that allows us to easily load any given .mcstructure file into any Bedrock Edition world?
TIP FOR IMPATIENT BEDROCK PLAYERS: Currently we can move any saved .mcstructure files between worlds by creating a "structures" folder inside any active behavior pack folder for the target world (must be in the specific behavior pack folder for the specific target world). Then just copy your .mcstructure files into that "structures" folder. The moved structure files are then accessible in your target world by using the standard Structure Block "Load" function. It's tricky because you need to know how to navigate the Minecraft Bedrock Edition folders, but it works!
