Skuttler (the badlands beast)
We all know that the badlands will eventually be upgraded and in that we will see a cool new mob the vultures. But in my opinion we need something more and the skuttler might be a good choice. Design: This little guy (like a small amount bigger than silver fish) could look kinda like a mix of a rattlesnake, horned lizard, ankylosaurus, and a scorpion. Should have a reddish sand color with some grey details or a bone like armor look. Behavior: The scuttler will mostly just dart around hiding behind cacti and under over hanging ground. If they feel threatened they will rattle their tail trying to act tuff but really they’re just gonna run if you decide to continue after it. If you hit it it has a 1/30 chance to give you the poison affect. Maybe it can be tameable but I prefer it just be feedable and that makes it not hide from you. Drops: So as I mentioned it might have a skeleton armor so it can drop bones. It could also drop terracotta or a terracotta shard? Obviously drops some xp but yall tell me what you think. Final words: If this post gets 100 votes I’ll design an idea for the sprite. And thanks y’all for checking out this decently confusing and stupid idea
