Diamond Lava Proof?

“ According to Wikipedia, the temperature of lava is between 700 and 1200 °C (973 to 1473 K). The melting point of Diamond at about 100,000 atm is 4200 K, which is much higher than the temperature of lava. So, it is impossible for lava to melt a diamond.” So I wanted to suggest to make Diamonds Items lava proof.

Minecraft doesn't have to be 100% realistic also that gives a random tier that we all have the power of another tier, you're taking away the ability of Netherite for no reason

No. Netherite needs something special, to make it worth the effort. And besides, Mojang's just makin' things easier for us because lava just so happens to be the most common death while mining our ancient debris.

An experiment done by Action Lab shows that diamonds do indeed survive "lava" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VcXdXOaoVhc
