In Minecraft, you can look for mushrooms to obtain more of them. But I want to suggest a new alternative option. In Minecraft, mushrooms can be really important ingredients for healthy recipies. But it is hard to obtain them. So, if you find one, you are lucky. So, because you can harvest crops like carrots if you find them, why shouldn't it be the case for mushrooms as well? In real life, people can grow mushrooms. To grow mushrooms in Minecraft, you should till the land, plant the mushroom, and if it is surrounded by water (mushrooms need lots of moisture), and more tilled land, over time, it can generate another mushroom in the adjacent tile. But it also has to be under light level 8, as the mushrooms won't be "comfortable". This will mean roofs for mushroom farms will have to be used by players. The process could be accelerated with bone meal. This is process is different from the one from mushroom land ground, though. The ground it works in would be different. The other technique would still create a giant mushroom , but with this type of ground (tilled ground), this thing I suggest would happen instead. Thanks for considering my idea.
