spyglasses should be able to start campfires

spyglasses should start a campfire if held in hand while pointing at a campfire for a period of time (not being used, just held in hand)

this would only work during midday, and would be a fun little detail i think :)

  I like that idea, it would be great for rp and just a cool feature that people will find and think 'oh cool!' +1
