Directional item pickup

An idea.

When you are mining blocks below or around you, it might help to have a little more reach to guarantee picking up the item before it falls.

When are trying to grab a specific item in a stack of items on the ground, it might help to be able to target the item using your cursor.

This can be done by aiming your cursor and holding/pressing shift, allowing the player to have targeted pickup.
