added fuel source

I was thinking it would be called uranium or plutonium and you could fined it in small vanes on the layer just above bed rock it takes a Dimond pick to be mined but its takes less time than obsidian I was thinking half the time and the vanes them selves would me more common than diamond vanes and have 5 ore blocks per vane and you can use it fore a couple of things 

1.as a fuel source that is twice as efficient a smelting things than coal and lasts just as long as lava 

2. a torch/ lantern that burns twice a bright 

3. a glowing block like that glow stone 

4. maybe use it to make weapons have slowing and wakening effects to mobs but that isent really the point it might just be a cool bonus
