Leather Banners

The leather banner would be a darker variant of normal banners, in color (with a leathery texture). When crafting the banner, adding in a dye color would dictate the banners original color (so that we don't lose a layer simply making it something other than brown).

This banner -- unlike normal, cloth banners -- would be surrounded by a wooden frame when placed in the world, similar to item frames, and it would not wave in the wind.
