Goat horns can be dropped. Adding two sticks underneath the goat horn in a crafting table can be used to make a spear, which can hit mobs, or animals from a further distance. the horn can also be used to make a hollow stone table, which can be used to hollow out items such as clay to make pottery, or gravel to get flint / have a better chance to get flint.
