Custom items and mobs and blocks

I think you should be allowed a cheat in settings that lets you create custom mobs and items including blocks and arum or but you should be able to edit the shape of them because some blocks like end portal frames are not full blocks.I also think you should be able to incorporate all the rules of other minecraft items like books because you can write in them. And if you prefer to be lazy you could just combine other mob body parts 

like a creeper head and an enter an body. Another reason I think this should be added is because this way if people want something that is not in minecraft like a red creeper that explodes 30 blocks or so they will just go into a thing like a crafting table.

the way to get to this special item creator you need to put a crafting table surrounded by diamonds and gold you can also retrieve this item called an operator table(the advanced crafting table) is by trading a villager a special item for it like a diamond block
