Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Respawning the Dragon Egg

As many players know, there is only one and only ever one dragon egg, which makes things both risky and sometimes frustrating. Since it never respawns, if someone were to lose it (say it burned, touched a cactus, or despawned as an item), it is gone forever and that world will forever be without an egg. That's why I feel that there should be some way to obtain another dragon egg. It should be made very difficult as to not have players just stacking them in their bases and making them worthless. In fact, maybe it should only be able to respawn (say after killing the Ender Dragon again) if no other dragon egg is present in the world.

I believe that this feature would not only be extremely helpful for those struggling with the issues mentioned above, but it would also be welcomed by nearly every player.

    I’d only agree to this if a dragon egg spawned ONLY when there is no other one

    Come to think of it, yes. It should only respawn if there is no other egg present in the world. I already mentioned this in my post, but I put it as more of an option. In fact, that's probably the only way it could be reasonable.
