Changes to generated structures below Y=0

• Monster spawners below y=0 should have cobbled deepslate instead of cobblestone
• Strongholds (Determined by the y level of the starter staircase) below y=0 should have deepslate bricks instead of stone bricks.
• Bonus: Change subtitle for cave spider to "cave spider hisses" instead of "spider hisses". It feels important enough because this is already a feature for piglins and piglin brutes

  This is a great idea, I support this, it makes sense for structures to be made out of the corresponding materials.

  KorakDuHart Thank you, Im not sure if mossy cobbled deepslate/mossy deepslate bricks are a block yet, but hopefully they'll become a new block!

  Not only do the subtitles of cave spiders need to be fixed, but also the reach. Currently they're unnecessarily annoying to kill.
