My goal with this suggestion is to add a system that will help you get the exact enchantments you want without the unnecessary hours upon hours of a grind just to get a similar item to what you want but is missing one enchantment and I'm sure that many players had that experience.
What are Enchantment Books?
They're a specific enchantment in an enchantment book (Example "Enchantment Book: Thorns") that you'll be able to put in an item by replacing one of the current enchantment slots or putting it in an empty slot, it will cost X amount of emeralds and will cost more if you're replacing an enchantment slot. It will give value to items that are missing the third enchantment which will be extremely helpful if you get a good item but with a missing third enchantment.
How to get the Enchantment Books?
Melt an item and choose one of the enchantments for a chance to get its Enchantment Book or melting an item will give you one of the enchantments the items have (I prefer the first one).
This system will also help people try many different combinations without the ridiculous RNG of getting the enchantment you want, for example, I will be able to finally do many different combinations with soul enchantments and I would love to try and grind many items to get enchantments books for my items. I really hope we don't get another RNG system where you can reroll enchantments for a chance out of hundreds if not thousands of combinations and that will really be frustrating.
