Waterless bubble columns should remain an intended feature.

To create waterless bubble columns currently, you need a dispenser with lever aiming above a soul sand block or directly above the last bubble block in a bubble column. This is fantastic and so useful for elevators and rides. It's a great example of lift and physics. I love this. Please make it an intended feature of the game for every version.
