Hanging Roots Should Grow Everywhere. not just lush caves.

I understand they where designed for lush caves. But they would add a lot of environmental enhancements to all the shallow dirt caves all over the game world. Not just Lush Caves.

It would make sense for any dirt cave to have a chance to generate roots.

Lush caves would still have a lot of features only found in them, but hanging roots are generic enough they should not be limited by biome.
