When you equip this item, your entire vision is gone, except for entities that are moving and create vibrations. They glow with different colors for each "vibration category" detected by the skulk sensors. You will even be able to see invisible players! This would be a really cool item to go with the warden, and would be a fun game (or even puzzle) for advanced players to figure out. I don't know what the item would be called though. Perhaps a "Warden head" or "Warden helmet" or "Warden glasses."
