Goat horn function - calling your horse

When right clicking the goat horn your Tamed horse teleports close to you.

The same sound of the pillagers horn could be played.

    Can't you already blow the horn to make the pillager horn noise? It just doesn't have any functionality yet.

    Good idea except it could a bit more like real life and instead it could find their way to you instead of teleporting.
