RXT available in survival

Just got a new pc with RTX and I'm very disappointed that RTX isn't available in survival and only in maps you have to download.  Much like VR as a advertised feature that's been broken since last December, RTX is also a advertised feature that isn't even close to being fully realized as a feature.  Please start finishing projects instead of just implementing ideas that you don't want to follow through on.

    It is available in survival. Try turning it on before reporting it as a bug.

     it is available but Very finicky and not all texture packs support it from what i've tried. there is a toggle in the 'game' settings before you make a new world tho.

    in the video section it is activated and you need to have an RTX texture pack, the maps are only for testing textures.
