'How to Train Your Dragon' glitches make it unplayable on Microsoft Switch

We have downloaded the 'How to Train Your Dragon' pack for Microsoft Switch and the lagging means that it is unplayable.

As soon as the characters leave Berk, the world generates so slowly that the game is unplayable.

Is this a local issue (our internet?), a problem with optimisation for Switch or is it just a shoddy pack?

We purchased the addon today and every time we try to access it it logs us out during the loading stage. We have tried everything and still not working. We would love to hear from Mojang how to resolve this issue. It was a rather expensive addon too!
