Moving buildings in creative

So im currently building a very big circle shaped building(for fun) and i just thought of something to add to it, but the thing is that it will go underneath the build and i put it on superflat, is there a way that i could perhaps move my build upwards on Iphone, is there a command for it or can it be added to the game? I could also use command blocks to teleport you to the place but building it far away doesnt really feel like it’s connected to the build.

    Yes. There is a parameter in the Clone command that allows you to delete the previous building.

    /clone <~ ~ ~> <~ ~ ~> <~ ~ ~> masked move

    If you don't know how to use the command, there are lots of online guides you can use.
