Please keep Deepslate Blobs blobs for 1.18

I know the main reason Deepslate Blobs are in 1.17 is so we have access to Deepslate before the deeper cave generation rolls out. And in it is intended to be removed in 1.18. But I think it should stay, as it adds a lot to the world gen and the overall experience. 

It is a good way to indicate that you are getting deeper in the world and softens the rough transition between Stone and Deepslate.

Keeping them will also make generation changes from 1.17 to 1.18 less abrupt so you won't have some areas with Deepslate Blobs and some without.

So I think it would be a good idea to keep them as part of the generation going forward.
