Combine 1.17 with 1.18 Update & Release It In Winter

Since practical items like sculk sensors, bundles and candles were removed, there is no significant feature left for 1.17 caves & cliffs update part 1. It currently only includes caves & cliffs cosmetic stuff and amethyst geode generation. There is really nothing to even test in this update. Plus, it is an extra work to polish two different updates instead of just one. Please just combine them already!
