Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

the stats should scale as follows:

    • wood: the worst overall
    • stone:  not as good as iron, but better than wood
    • iron: almost as good as gold, but with iron tools' usual durability.
    • diamond: mines as quickly as iron, but is more durable but doesn't do as much damage, also, it is the second-fastest hammer.
    • gold: second fastest for mining, same durability as stone, second highest damage, slowest attack speed (because it is heavy)
    • netherite: obscenely good, as usual

Also, when you land a strong attack (or right-click) it should "smash" the ground, tuning grass blocks around the target into grass paths, stone into cobblestone, powder snow into regular snow layers, stone bricks into cracked stone bricks, destroying plantlife (no drops), damaging anvils and so on.
