Netherite Horse Armor

A way to give your horse that little edge to survive longer. It'd also look really cool.

You can upgrade all other diamond equipment into netherite. Why not horse armor as well, if only for extreme examples of a completionist drive to have a full set?

Ideally, it'd be implemented the same way other netherite gear is acquired, using a smithing table and a netherite ingot. You could alternatively use the recipe for leather horse armor from ingame with netherite scraps, a more expensive option that would still be viable.
