Essentially the lore could be a husk draws its energy from the temple and if you come across one within a temple you could be cursed upon killing it. This could be a status effect upon the player or a curse upon the weapon that killed it. Maybe even a new status effect called the ancient curse or something that causes your tool to lose twice as much durability over time as if it were turning to sand… Just something that makes fighting a husk inside a temple need a little more strategy and makes it a little more interesting.
