/kill block entities for low end systems

Is there anyway that we can /kill block entities because some players have huge lag on maps with lots of block entities such as signs and we have no way to /kill them and so we have to go around the map and break all of them.

    Signs and Beds are blocks. They use entity models, but the game treats them as blocks, so /kill doesn't work on them.

    This suggestion is good, it is very convenient to clear the memory

    Unless you are playing on a potato, lowering the render distance will make this lag better, if that is what causes it. (it shouldn't from my knowlage)
