Goat horn improvements

The goat horn needs some more functions. So one of the ideas i have is that if you craft a goat horn with a note block you will get an amplified note block. The amplified note block could be more louder/can be heard from more of a distance. It could also make different sounds when a certain block is under and the sound could have an echo. And another detail that could add more lore could be that pillager outpost and woodland mansion chests could have a goat horn. Also when the goat horn is played villagers will run into there houses like bells.
