    Do you even know how Redstone works? Basically all solid blocks can be powered, that already happens. Unless you mean that Copper provides an output when it is not powered and doesn't provide an output when it is powered, like Redstone torches, but that is not unique functionality and would be less intuitive. Unless, once again, you mean that Redstone signals can travel through Copper blocks essestially like with Redstone dust, which perhaps enables vertical-travelling redstone, but I don't think it would be that logical of a feature. Perhaps you were even referring to using Copper ingots, not blocks? I have no way to know.

    So... you're saying Copper Block should emit a redstone signal like a redstone block? I don't think that makes sense.

    We have redstone blocks for this. Making copper a source of redstone will only interfere with redstone builds.

    Personally, I want copper to be able to pass the Redstone signal, like Redstone powder.
