[Bedrock Parity] Ability to leash boats

Please, we really need this! It would make transporting boats much easier.

    I agree with you, and you have my vote because leashes on bots are very useful.

    agreed its a miss when playing on java after bedrock. You can also "elevate" the boat on a leash with bedrock. so moving mobs up block (or paths) is doable without needing pistons!
