Make Squids Less Common

In real life, squid are not usually too common. In Minecraft they are everywhere and having more fish(and other ocean mobs) and less squid would make the Oceans feel more refined and realistic. The Glow Squids will help them feel more palleted. Whenever I look at the rivers or oceans now it reminds me of the pre 1.13 endless wasteland. All Marine Lives Matter.
