Have the new blocks use the old textures with the Programmer's Art

So the Programmer's Art texture pack is awesome, but the new blocks still use their new textures and it look weird especially when the Nylium has the new Netherack texture on the sides and the old Netherack texture on the bottom. Please update the Programmer's Art texture pack so that all of the new blocks from the 1.16 and 1.17 updates use the old textures as if the textures never changed.
