Include C&C worldgen datapack in the selection screen by default

Title. To make the upcoming worldgen easier to access and seem more "official", the datapack should be included in the datapack selection screen. It would be deselected by default.

  This is a good idea, although it's not meant to be official. That's why a warning pops up every time you use it - it could stop working anytime.

  Hael Stegaria! the warning relates to the fact that the datapack has worldgen in it. There is also a warning for playing on snapshot versions (which have the same issue as the one you mentioned), so it makes sense for the datapack to have a warning as well anyway.
