Advanced Block Move Tool

In Minecraft we have an X, Y, and Z but we can’t tilt blocks in any direction we want. So making simulators like a sinking ship are almost impossible because blocks in Minecraft don’t function like that. So to change this you need to add a new tool that you can only get with the /give command. And this this new tool you will be able to make simulator games like a sinking ship simulator because blocks can not tilt.
