I didn't understand that. Do you mean "They should make a new ship structure which is a little bit more OP, or "They should make a new ship structure that is bigger", or "They can put a frame of a ship which is, in some meaningful way, a bit more OP"? I understand English isn't your first language, just trying to clarify.
