Minecraft: Developer Tool

You know, there is a mod maker on the internet called: "MCreator". I wish that there was a developer tool where it can be used for creating packs.

The making tool would be free to download, and it would be an official Minecraft product!

  If it is being worked on, I thought that it would be for Windows 64-bit and 32-bit, and I have Linux 64-bit.

  I want it to be for Linux!
