Powdered snow makes u mine slower

I think powdered now is a good way to make mountains a bit harder to traverse but it is way to easy to escape. I think when u get the freezing effect it should make ur mining speed significantly slower to make it more of a threat

    Yeah, its like its gonna add more balance to the game. Like in real life when it is so cold, its like you are weakened by frost. I just hope that Mojang should add this feature.

    But it has to be at least 5* slower due to the fact that snow can be destroyed so easily.
