Importing Skins and Placing Items on Trapdoors

I'm pretty sure that there are a lot of folks in the Minecraft community that would like to import their own skins into the minecraft consoles edition like they can in the phone version. For this to work with some consoles, I think they should be able to send the skin format like how people sign into their Microsoft accounts.   They could visit a link and put the skin format they want to have for their character and it would be uploaded to the game.  Now for the placing items on trapdoors part.  While I was watching some minecraft tutorials, I noticed that you could place a lantern on a trapdoor or under a campfire in java edition.  I would like it if we could have that same feature on bedrock edition too, so people who want to try and decorate can use this. Side Note: It would be nice if we could also have shaders too.  Like how come a system built for gaming can't use nice shaders but my phone can?
