Cauldrons in minecarts

Here's my pitch. People do weird things on anarchy servers. I myself hate getting hit out of my hard won minecraft rail that was supposed to be safe from base to base. My idea. Put a cauldron in a minecraft, and put my shield up. Boom! Point A to B. The justification? Cool redstone machines that transport potions or spill them.

    I'm already imagining a powder snow/lava farm with automatic delivery. Dawn traps for skeletons, with delivery.
