2nd Nether, home of the WitherStorm

Like the End's Outer Islands, the Nether should have a separate, but supporting realm. I propose the 2nd Nether (A different name can be chosen). This is a land above the Nether's central chamber that can be accessed by a hole in the bedrock above, which can be found by means of an item similar to the eye of the ender. This land will be like the Nether, but with an open, darkened sky. Like the End, there will be one powerful boss, like the Ender dragon. This is the Wither Storm. Previously, this monster has been only accessible by means of a mod, but I think it should be added to regular Minecraft. Tell me what you think!

    That should happen!

    Region should be called the Witherlands…

    Also, the region should be accessible with a crying obsidian portal.

    maybe it could have some sort of wither minions that are less powerful than a wither but there are a lot of them like maybe it could be a unfinished wither or something like that.
