Change recipe of cut copper for building

as of 21w17a, copper blocks are made in a 3x3 grid for consistency purposes and the drops from copper ore were increased when mining even without fortune, however even with a fortune III pick and mining a lot of ores, its still somewhat expensive to use as a building block for all the cut copper variants.

I propose that "Cut Copper" be renamed to "Copper Brick" and have its crafting recipe be a 2x2 grid with copper ingots, mimicking quartz/bricks/nether bricks recipe. This would add further consistency and game logic (can't uncraft bricks/quartz blocks to their raw forms) and make it even easier to build with them, while Block of Copper can still be used as a storage block in line with the other ore blocks.
