The Luhur Update / The Heaven Update

I would like to see Minecraft have a Heaven Dimension, we already have The Netherrealm, why can't we have a Heaven Dimension called The Luhur realm. Where you can trade with Villagers or as I like to call them "Angels" with structures with ores in them (diamonds, iron, gold, etc.) new blocks to mine, new passive mobs, no taking damage in the Luhur Realm, new Heaven / Luhur grass, dirt, stone, cobblestone, trees, logs, planks, food, etc. When you have the Luhur realm food, you can take it back to the overworld and when you have a half a heart left, you eat it and it'll instantly heal you. Also my idea is when you get into the Luhur Realm, you spawn on a cloud and you see everything, you see clouds, structures, Angels, Luhur Village, etc.

Hopefully we could see this.
