Coupling Minecarts

Allow mine carts to be able to be coupled together using chains. This is mainly because when moving multiple minecarts on the same track over a distance can cause issues with either splitting apart or bouncing off another one and being sent back. Coupling mine carts also makes it easier for more than one player to all travel to one place at once without any irritants
