A naturally regenerating forest

This is a short and quick one that makes it so you don't have to watch tree decay to get a single sapling, now saplings when floating on the ground after 5 minutes rather then despawning will either automatically plant themselves upon the block they are floating on or if there is a bunch only one will plant itself on that block.
