If a player (or tamed pet) dies from an attack caused by two mobs targeting each-other just, I feel like it would be funny if the death message said something like "<killed> was caught in the crossfire between <entity one> and <entity two>". It might also be possible to have this work for being caught in between players fighting if recently attacked entities were all kept track of with some kind of algorithm, but that would probably be too much work for just something like this so it would probably make more sense to just stick to mobs since they have a single target entity.
