Glowing Effect

In Minecraft Bedrock Edition, the glowing effect isn't included in the game. I think that it should be. Eating a glow berry should also give a glowing effect and you should be able to make glowing potions out of glow squid ink.

    we need the glowing effect for bedrock edition for map making too.

    I agree putting the glowing effect in Bedrock but I strongly disagree putting it inside of glow berries. It's way too OP.

    Yes we need to have some Java exclusive items and effects but let try to be unique
