Illusion: You will see not real things or illusions. Sleepy: If you don't sleep for a day. Your screen will turn black every once in a while. And once it's black you can't see anything. Attention: You can't stop looking at the mob/block/etc. Sometimes you can't even move. Bleeding: You will get the effect of you get hit by a sword it will have 35% chance of critical hit which will give you the effect the stronger the sword the more time it lasts. If you have sharpness there is 45% chance you get bleeding.
