Tipped arrows are a pretty situational item (especially in single player worlds), and the short duration that they last makes using any non-instant effect hard to justify. I propose that players can use the fletching table (an underdeveloped item) to combine two tipped arrows with different effects, which would put both effects on said arrow. The color of the arrow tip would be a mix between the hex codes of both tipped arrows used, and there would be no punishment to combining arrows.
I think this would be a great way to save inventory space while also allowing players to bombard their foes with effects.
For balancing reasons, a tipped arrow cannot be used in a fletching table if it has 3 total effects applied to it. Also note that combining tipped arrows that apply the same effect will not do anything.
