Crystal Skull (Portals of the Normal World)

This block would be found in jungle temples (to make them more useful) and would have to be broken with a silk touch pickaxe. It would serve to teleport through the normal world without having to go through the nether, it would use lapis lazuli to activate it. It would have a menu that would serve to: name the location where the block was placed, see the coordinates where it was placed, choose what other location to go to, and place the lapis lazuli to make it work. Regarding the appearance, it would be the same as a skeleton head but transparent and in the center of this block there would be souls with the soul speed particles.
