Dry Thunderstorms

Dry Thunderstorms would be the same as regular ones except that there's no rain at all. It would mostly happen in biomes where it never rains(except for nether biomes because there's no weather at all here and it wouldn't make sense).It would make a little bit of danger in dry/hot biomes. Dry thunderstorms could also, very rarely, occur in other biomes where it rains(plains, forests, mountains, mushroom islands, swamps...ect).

    Rename them to "Electrical Storms" :) Great idea! What if they are most common in swamps and mangrove swamps, as the everglades get these commonly?
